Day 12 So tired, today!

It's time for another update on my quest. Things have changed a little regarding my fitness, but not much in the way of the fitness schedule. Now that my monitor is in full swing, I am getting a resting heartbeat of 65. This is great, it's back to how it was. Fitness is still much the same, with steps being kept above the 10k target, most of the week.

On Day 9, my daughter and I made it to the woods. There was a lot of ups and downs with a quick slurp of a Slush Puppy at its close. We enjoyed it and it made for a lot of steps and elevation, great for getting back to normallity.

Today is a shockingly tiring day. I am full of fatigue and know that I need to address calorie intake, for the next few days. The trouble is keeping things low-fat, tasty and satisfying. Tomorrow is going to be a feeding day, so there's always that to look forward to.

Wednesday's paddle was very wet, but ultimately, a success.
