Day 6 - On the way.

Feeling better, already...

It's Day 6 and the regime is well under way. For the past few days I have kept up the cycling and walking. Day 5 consisted of going to the park with my daughter and two friends, then finally completing the 10,000 step target, in the evening. Making good of the target is great, my watch buzzes and shows me a green trophy, thus providing a rather splendid sense of acheivment.

I have weighed myself, today, the first of many (Saturdays only.) It came in at 151.3kg. This put me back at just over 23.5 stone, a place I have been at before, and frankly, not the worst! Before Lockdown, I was at 21.5ish, making the gain well over 2 stone!

It's been a tough week, but I am still keen and getting used to the pedals and saddle, once again. Today is a Saturday; I have just completed another 8.5km circuit, and it is a lot less of a chore, already. Wednesday night saw Paddleability return, and even paddling felt less tiring. the only issue is that my bouyancy aid is still a little tight, not as bad as a few weeks ago, but tight!

Stay tuned, stay safe, see you soon.
