Hello all. My plans have been quashed by another lockdown, so I have paused it all, for now. I have realised that I am in need of the gym, once again. However, I have still kept up the step count.
Rather than keep up the 10k, day in, day out, I have been resting on Saturdays. On average, I am walking between 15-18k, a day. Yesterday saw a count of, just under, 22k. This is keeping my legs strong. So, it should fall back into place, as soon as I am able. I just want to be able to paddle, again!
There's nothing like Pokemon Go to get you moving. It's all about the Covid, right now. What else can 2020 throw at us?
